David Valentine is a Wilmington, Ohio man who never stood trial and never got convicted of anything. This is the record on David Valentine. FACT: on January 6, 2021, David Valentine was in the crowd on the Capitol grounds in Washington, D.C. FACT: federal investigators say Valentine was identified near a police line and bike-rack barricades around 1:30 p.m., during a period when the crowd carried a large metal-framed "Trump 2020" sign toward the building. THEIR ACCOUNT: Valentine was not accused by prosecutors of assaulting anyone or entering the Capitol building itself. He was charged with one felony, civil disorder, and two misdemeanors tied to being on restricted grounds. Valentine pleaded not guilty and stood on that plea. He did not fold under pressure to plead to something he did not believe he did. By the time the case reached him in the Eastern District of Wisconsin, where he was arrested, Valentine had already moved on with his life in Wilmington. Same county, opposite rule. Antifa rioters burn federal buildings and walk. A Wilmington, Ohio man stands on restricted grass near a barricade and the federal government spends years building a felony case. Here is where it stands. FACT: On January 20, 2025, President Trump issued a full and unconditional pardon and clemency proclamation covering the January 6 defendants. FACT: On January 21, 2025, the court granted the government's own motion to dismiss the case against David Valentine with prejudice. That means prosecutors dropped it. Permanently. David Valentine was never convicted of a single charge. No trial. No plea deal. No prison. No felony record. What this does not prove: it does not prove Valentine did nothing wrong that day, and it does not prove he did. The case never went to a jury. What it does prove: the government itself walked away from this case rather than take it to trial. NEEDS AUTHENTICATION: beyond the court record and the arrest report out of Wilmington, no additional coverage of David Valentine's background, family, or occupation has been located yet. CASE RECORD: Charged in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Felony civil disorder charge plus misdemeanor charges of entering a restricted building and disorderly conduct. Arrested August 22, 2024, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Pleaded not guilty. Case dismissed with prejudice January 21, 2025, following the January 20, 2025 presidential clemency proclamation. Read it. Share it. Send receipts, evidence, witnesses. Put eyes on the record. Do not threaten anyone, do not harass anyone, do not contact anyone in my name. This profile is unclaimed.
