David Kennedy Homol — Umatilla, Florida. 1968–2024. He never got a trial. Remember that before anything else. FACT: David Homol died in April 2024 at age 55, while awaiting trial. He was never convicted of anything arising from January 6. Under our law he is presumed innocent, and because he died before a jury ever heard his case, he stays that way — permanently.
