Population a few hundred. Piney woods. FACT, per the Department of Justice press release and KTRE. Daniel Page Adams went to Washington with his cousin, Cody Page Carter Connell, of Vivian, Louisiana. Two country cousins, one from East Texas and one from North Louisiana. FACT, per the DOJ press release. They were sentenced together, in the same courtroom, in the same case. Family went in together and family answered together. THE LEGAL FIGHT Arrested January 16, 2021. Indicted February 5, 2021. Arraigned February 12, 2021 and pleaded not guilty to all counts. Superseding indictment April 7, 2021. Arraigned again June 2, 2021, not guilty to all counts. Second superseding indictment November 10. Arraigned December 3 and pleaded not guilty to all counts. FACT, per the DOJ record. He fought it. He pleaded not guilty three separate times as the government kept adding counts. That is a man using every day of due process he was owed. He was convicted of three felonies and four misdemeanors, and the obstruction of an official proceeding count was later dismissed.
