Conlin Weyer is a Plover, Wisconsin man who graduated from Stevens Point Area Senior High. He was a teenager on January 6, 2021 and 21 years old when federal agents arrested him in May 2022. Central Wisconsin kid. Small town. No prior record surfaced in any of the coverage of his case. THE LEGAL FIGHT Conlin Weyer was charged with three misdemeanors: disorderly conduct, entering a restricted building, and parading in the Capitol. No felony. No weapon. No assault alleged. Photographs placed him in the crowd and inside the Rotunda.
