Christopher Sean Madison is a Winter Haven, Florida man, a Polk County neighbor, who pleaded guilty and still never spent a day sentenced for it. This is the record. FACT: federal investigators say surveillance video and publicly posted footage placed Christopher Madison inside the Capitol on January 6, 2021, entering through the Senate Wing door shortly after it was breached and moving through the Rotunda and Statuary Hall before working east through the office corridors. FACT: prosecutors say Madison was inside for about 34 minutes. THEIR ACCOUNT: he was not accused of assaulting any officer or destroying any property. Christopher Madison was not identified or arrested until 2024, three years after the fact, off old surveillance images and YouTube video. He pleaded guilty to two misdemeanors: disorderly conduct and parading in a Capitol building. Not felonies. Not weapons. Not violence. Show me the evidence. The federal government's own complaint, built off its own surveillance cameras, never alleges Christopher Madison touched an officer or broke anything. Just presence, and a guilty plea to being present. Here is where the legal fight stands. Sentencing had been set for June 13, 2025. FACT: On January 20, 2025, President Trump issued a full and unconditional pardon and clemency proclamation for January 6 defendants. FACT: On January 23, 2025, the court granted the government's own motion to dismiss Christopher Madison's case with prejudice, before sentencing ever happened. Madison pleaded guilty and was never sentenced to prison, probation, or a fine. The case is closed, permanently, at the government's own request. What this does not prove: a guilty plea is Madison's own account that he broke the law that day, and this profile treats that as fact because he said so under oath. What it does prove: the promised punishment, whatever it might have been, never came, because the government dropped the case rather than carry it to sentencing. NEEDS AUTHENTICATION: beyond the FOX 13 Tampa Bay report and the federal complaint, no further coverage of Madison's family or work life in Winter Haven is confirmed yet. CASE RECORD: U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and parading in a Capitol building, both misdemeanors. Arrested September 30, 2024, tied to Winter Haven, Polk County, Florida. Sentencing set for June 13, 2025. Case dismissed with prejudice January 23, 2025, following the January 20, 2025 clemency proclamation, before sentencing. Read it. Share it. Send receipts, evidence, witnesses. Put eyes on the record. Do not threaten anyone, do not harass anyone, do not contact anyone in my name. This profile is unclaimed. If this is you, or your family, claiming it is free, forever.
