Christopher Douglas Finney is a 32-year-old man from Hopewell Junction, New York, who traveled to Washington for the rally on January 6, 2021. Christopher made his way from New York's Hudson Valley to the Capitol that day. He later pleaded guilty to a single felony count of civil disorder before U.S. District Judge Trevor McFadden. His sentencing had been set for late January 2025. Days before it, on January 20, 2025, President Trump granted sweeping clemency to January 6 defendants — pardons and commutations that brought this chapter to a close for Christopher Finney and hundreds of others. Case record: United States v. Christopher Douglas Finney, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, before Judge Trevor McFadden. This profile is unclaimed. If this is you — or your family — claiming it is free, forever.
