Charles 'Chuck' Hand III is a Georgia husband, father, and one-time U.S. House candidate who took his January 6 story straight to the ballot in Georgia's 2nd Congressional District. Charles Hand III did not hide what he did. He put his name on a federal ballot after his case was resolved, ran a full primary campaign, and made the runoff in the Georgia GOP primary. He and his wife, Mandy Robinson Hand, were both inside the Capitol on January 6, 2021, and both took federal charges together. Chuck Hand ran a plainspoken small-town campaign in south Georgia and stood on his own record, win or lose. His willingness to run for office after prosecution puts his profile in the public arena on his own terms. Case 1:22-cr-111 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Docket: Initially filed as Case # 1:22-mj-49. Complaint filed 3/4/22. Arrested 3/11/22. Information filed 3/31/22. Pleaded guilty 10/14/22. Sentenced 1/13/23 to 20 days incarceration. On January 20, 2025, President Trump granted clemency covering the January 6 prosecutions. This profile is unclaimed. If this is you, or your family, claiming it is free, forever.
