On November 9, 2022, the court found him guilty of obstruction of an official proceeding and assaulting, resisting, or impeding officers. One detail from that day says something: inside the Parliamentarian's Office, watching the damage around him, Gundersen left a handwritten note — "sowwy for damage" (FACT: Law & Crime).
