He was 34 when the FBI arrested him in August 2023, more than two and a half years after January 6, 2021. He had been living his life in Kannapolis the whole time. He did not run. He did not hide. Agents found him at home in the town he is from. He was convicted at trial and sentenced to three years and two months in federal prison, three years of supervised release and $2,000 in restitution.
