Brett Rotella is a Kannapolis man out of Cabarrus County, North Carolina. Mill town. He worked the door as a bouncer, a job where you stand between trouble and everybody else all night long. He was 34 when the FBI arrested him in August 2023, more than two and a half years after January 6, 2021. He had been living his life in Kannapolis the whole time. He did not run. He did not hide.
