FACT: She was charged in July 2024 — three and a half years after January 6 — with four misdemeanors: entering or remaining in a restricted building, disorderly or disruptive conduct in a restricted building, disorderly conduct in a Capitol building, and parading, demonstrating, or picketing (KELOLAND; PacerMonitor, USA v.
