Adam Kovsky — Michigan. FACT: Adam was arrested in December 2023, nearly three years after January 6, 2021. FACT: He admitted what he did. Court records show he acknowledged taking pieces of wood from broken furniture inside the Capitol. He did not fight it, did not spin it, did not make anyone try a case. He pleaded guilty in March 2024. FACT: No weapon. No assault on anyone. No violence charged. FACT: On July 22, 2024, Judge Loren L. AliKhan sentenced him to 36 months of probation and $500 in restitution. The government had asked for 30 days in jail. The court gave him none. Not one day behind bars. FACT: On January 20, 2025, President Trump issued clemency covering January 6 defendants.
