This profile was set up so Adam can take it over and build a personal record of what happened. It is part of a larger effort to put every January 6 defendant's case in public, side by side with Ryan Nichols's — one master record the government cannot bury.

If you ARE Adam Kovsky, claim this profile. Ryan will personally verify your claim against the DOJ docket before it goes live. Only one verified claim per profile.

The record, so far

Adam Kovsky — Michigan. FACT: Adam was arrested in December 2023, nearly three years after January 6, 2021. FACT: He admitted what he did. Court records show he acknowledged taking pieces of wood from broken furniture inside the Capitol. He did not fight it, did not spin it, did not make anyone try a case. He pleaded guilty in March 2024. FACT: No weapon. No assault on anyone. No violence charged. FACT: On July 22, 2024, Judge Loren L. AliKhan sentenced him to 36 months of probation and $500 in restitution. The government had asked for 30 days in jail. The court gave him none. Not one day behind bars. FACT: On January 20, 2025, President Trump issued clemency covering January 6 defendants. A judge who heard everything the government had to say looked at Adam Kovsky and decided this was not a man who needed a cell. That is worth something. That is a judgment about character, made by someone whose job is judging. Adam is a Michigan man. There is a job, a family, a neighborhood behind that name, and none of it made the news. If you know it, put it here. THE CASE RECORD Case number: 1:24-cr-00065 Court: U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia Arrested December 2023. Pleaded guilty to Count 1 in March 2024. Sentenced 7/22/24 to 36 months probation and $500 restitution — no incarceration. Clemency 1/20/25. NEEDS AUTHENTICATION: service record, occupation, and family details are not yet sourced. We will not invent them. This profile is unclaimed. If this is you — or your family — claiming it is free, forever.

How verification works

  1. 1

    You claim the profile

Sign in (or sign up free), then submit your DOJ case number, a mugshot or pardon record, or a court document showing this is you. Takes a couple minutes.

  2. 2

    Ryan reviews it personally

Every claim is checked by Ryan against the DOJ docket and public record. Imposters get rejected. You only need to do this once.

  3. 3

    Profile becomes yours

Once approved, this page comes down and a fresh case-builder takes its place. You can upload photos, scanned documents, embedded TikTok / YouTube / X videos, your testimony in your own words. Everything you upload waits for review before going public.

Why this matters for Adam

Most J6 defendant case files sit locked inside law firms. The public hears soundbites. They do not see the grievance forms denied without a hearing. They do not see the water shut off. They do not see four years of constitutional rights violated, one piece of paper at a time.

We put it in public. All of it. Every defendant who joins. One airtight record the government cannot refute. That is how this case is won.
