Tex.), Oklahoma transit, NW3 quarantine, DC DOC CTF, Rappahannock Regional Jail, Northern Neck Regional Jail, FDC Houston, Florence, Albany Jail, and post-sentence BOP — represents ten distinct institutions across at least four states.
