Six defendants arraigned on superseding indictment
At a remote status conference before Judge Royce C. Lamberth, counsel entered not-guilty pleas for Alan Hostetter, Russell Taylor, Erik Scott Warner, Felipe Antonio “Tony” Martinez, Derek Kinnison and Ronald Mele on the December 1, 2021 superseding indictment. Martinez’s counsel waived formal reading and stated that Martinez did not object to the requested 60-day continuance. These were procedural positions; the charges remained accusations at that stage.
