Flooding incidents - bedsheets to control. Requested VA Rep with no developments. Food terrible no nutritional value, religious services denied (Church, Clergy, Chaplain visits). "Consistently compared to beasts, hogs, and dogs in delivered religious material." Broken sink/no hot water, broken toilet splashing filthy water, rusty metal cuts skin/hair/clothes. Mail: hundreds of letters never reached him.
