House rules
Free speech, with six rules.
This is my own social network. I built it so nobody can switch off what real people have to say. The rules are short, and they are the same for everybody.
- 1
Say what you think.
Left, right, or neither. Nobody gets hidden here for an opinion. There is no report button for disagreeing.
- 2
No crimes.
No selling drugs or weapons. No trafficking. No scams. Posts that look like a sale wait for Ryan before anyone sees them.
- 3
No threats.
Say it hard if you want. Never threaten to hurt anyone. Do not tell anyone else to do it either.
- 4
No private info.
No home addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, or medical records of other people.
- 5
Nothing sexual.
No sexual content of any kind. Zero tolerance for anything involving a minor: it comes down at once, the account is banned, and it is reported to the NCMEC CyberTipline.
- 6
No spam.
Two posts in a row, then someone else posts or 12 hours pass. Ten posts a day. Same post twice is blocked. New accounts get one link per post for their first day.
How reports work
Reports go to Ryan. A post only comes down on its own when enough different people report the same broken rule: one report for child safety, three for a threat, a crime, or private info, five for spam. Ryan reviews every one and can put it back up.
