Verified cash over thirty days: zero dollars. Live on my own sales page. Here is why the number you would be tempted to fudge is the only one that buys you anything.

Most agency websites show you a number when the number is good.
Mine shows you the number whether it is good or not.
The LeadFlow Pro runs a page called the Proof Floor at theleadflowpro.com/proof-floor. It is a live scoreboard that pulls its figures fresh every time the page loads, and it publishes what the system actually moved over a window you can set yourself: today, seven days, fourteen, thirty, sixty, ninety, four months, six months, a year.
I pulled the thirty day view this morning. Here is what it said.
Now the line I did not put on the chart, because dollars are not the same unit as records.
Verified cash over that same thirty days: zero dollars.
Zero. Published. On my own sales website. Where a prospect deciding whether to hire me can read it.
I want to explain why that is on purpose, because it is the entire point of the page.
The Proof Floor defines its own terms in writing, at the bottom, where anybody can check them. Verified cash means a paid Stripe checkout, a paid Stripe invoice, or an offline payment a human admin confirmed. That is a narrow definition and it was chosen on purpose. It does not count invoices sent. It does not count handshakes. It does not count work in progress. If it has not been collected and confirmed, it does not go on the board.
A looser definition would have produced a prettier number. That is exactly why I did not use one.
Here is the trust lesson, and it applies to your business whether or not you ever hire me.
Every business publishes claims. Almost nobody believes claims. What people are actually evaluating is whether you defined your terms before you knew the answer.
When a company tells you it drove over a million in revenue, you have learned nothing. Attributed how? Over what period? Gross or net? Collected or invoiced? The vagueness is doing the work.
When a scoreboard tells you verified cash means a confirmed payment, and then shows you a zero, you have learned two things. You learned the number. And you learned this person is not going to lie to you about the next one either.
The second thing is worth more than the first.
There is a version of this that is just beating yourself up in public, and that is not what the page is.
The same board shows sixteen open opportunities sitting in the operating system and eight of sixteen recorded client build milestones completed. The homepage at theleadflowpro.com counts eight live systems shipped and running right now, six industries represented, eighty six free working tools built and published, and four real software products on the owned stack.
So the work is real and the pipeline is real. The cash line, over that particular thirty day window, was zero. Both of those things sit on the same page at the same time, and neither one is hiding behind the other.
The page is also explicit about what it will not show you. No private lead, client, project, message, payer, or approval detail is published. The aggregate goes public. The names stay behind a login. That boundary is written on the page instead of being left to your trust.
Here is what to take into your own business.
Pick one number that actually matters. Write down what counts and what does not, in a sentence a customer could read without a decoder. Then publish it before you know whether it is going to flatter you.
You will be tempted to pick the number that happens to be good right now. Do not. Pick the one you would be tempted to fudge. That is the only one that buys you anything.
Anybody can put up a scoreboard when they are winning. A scoreboard only means something if it was already up when they were not.
If you want a system that reports on itself like that, call or text me at (903) 500-8898, or start at theleadflowpro.com/free-build.
