January 6 clemency proclamation directs dismissal of pending indictments
Proclamation 10887 directed the Attorney General to pursue dismissal with prejudice of pending January 6 indictments. Tatum’s prosecution appears to have been pending, but his person-specific dismissal motion, order, and final docket sheet remain pending capture.
