D.C. Circuit reinstates obstruction counts in Fischer, Lang, and Miller cases
The D.C. Circuit reversed the district-court dismissals in consolidated appeal Nos. 22-3038, 22-3039, and 22-3041. The Supreme Court later narrowed the statute in Fischer.
