Supreme Court vacates Lang appellate judgment after Fischer
The Supreme Court granted Lang’s petition, vacated the D.C. Circuit judgment, and remanded for reconsideration in light of Fischer v. United States. The order concerned the obstruction issue and did not resolve the other pending counts.
