David Nicholas Dempsey covered by full January 6 pardon
Proclamation 10887 granted a full, complete, and unconditional pardon to covered convicted January 6 defendants other than fourteen people specifically named for commutations. Dempsey was not among the commutation list, and the Office of the Pardon Attorney later listed “DEMPSEY, DAVID NICHOLAS” as a certificate recipient.
