Items 15-16: (15) his girlfriend sent Judge Bates emails between him and Maria Jacob; Jacob was upset only because it exposed her, alleging breach of attorney-client privilege "according to Maria" — "We have more emails"; (16) Jacob said "defense of another party is an argument for trial and not to get me out" and that his mother is not a good witness. McHugh writes: "I have NO Defense with Maria as of 12/29/21."
