Escalates a Formal IGP from 5/20/22 about informing LT Allen he was suicidal while in punitive solitary confinement in SHU-A. Says the IGP was supposed to be answered by 6/13/22 and was not. Notes it is the first day in almost 2 weeks that Step 3 and Step 4 IGPs have been available.
